Telephone Answering Service

Choose from hundreds of customizable options for greeting and customer service for your customers and prospects. Would you like to leave referral numbers? How about handling calls differently during different times of the day? 

When a call comes to our call center it is answered by one of our highly trained professional telephone operators. They have two video screens in front of them. One of them has your business name, relevant phone numbers, emergency instructions and other details that you give us. This information may be updated 24 hours a day. Our staff can answer the commonly asked questions (i.e. your hours, address, fax number.) The other screen has a custom scripted form that we fill out as we talk to your customer. Completed messages are routed to you in a timely manner per your instructions. 

We work for you, and your callers feel like they are talking to your personal office staff.

We always bill by the minute to the nearest 6 second increment. You only pay for the service you receive. Would you like us to take sales orders, schedule appointments, or set reservations? We can do all that and more.

Voice mail & enhanced voice mail

We have added a special feature to traditional Interactive Voice Response - Voice Mail. It is called a "live human." Your customers can press a button and be connected directly to a live telephone operator who can take the call on your behalf. The service is billed by the minute, rounded to the nearest 6 second increment. You pay only for the time used. Standard voice mail requires only a touch tone phone. Service is available from Everett to Tacoma at a low monthly price.

We can take reservations for conferences, keep track of the number of seats available, and notify you of current availability. In addition, a restaurant can function more smoothly by having us take and schedule reservations or by taking RSVP's for special functions also.
